Avatars are working. I imported all the avatars from the old version of the site, but was not able to associate them to the accounts, so you'll have to do it manually. To do so, click on "settings" at the top left of the page, and then edit avatar.

You can now also upload a custom avatar.

If anyone wants their old custom avatars, I have them but did not upload them, so just let me know.
