    The bad guys are actually a gang of evil Canadians called the Happy Clams. No seriously. But you'll see how that works in the context of the story. I also reached back and grabbed some old Alpha Flight characters to play with.

    My initial thought was even though they're not actually Alpha Flighr characters that he means Weapon PRIME

    I understand him to have meant 'old Alpha Flight villains', as he was talking about "Antagonists". Altho Wild Chlld is a villain (at times), he was also a member of Alpha Flight, so i'm hesitant on this guess.
