Once Upon A Time sort of AF sighting...

Once Upon A Time (highly recommended show, btw), Season 1: True North (appropriate title!).

It opens with the main kid reading an Ultimate Hulk Vs Wolverine (and who would let a 10-year-old read Ultimate comics, really?). Prominently displayed on a spinner rack behind him are several comics - two issues of Byrne's FF and a Thing.

That's not the appearance.

At 00:55, you see the spinner rack blurrily in the background - and it has, if you know what you're looking for - Iron Man #195, with Shaman clearly dsiplayed on the cover!

(Later, there's a couple of issues of WCA and an FF annual. And I think Power Man and Iron Fist. All 80s stuff, 'cept that Ultimate - I'm wondering if they're making a point about time standing still in that town?)

I remember that scene and was thrilled to see an image of a kid reading comic books on TV. Cause that's what kids are supposed to do in real life.

I didn't pause the TV to check the individual issues. Nice find!!!!
