The Omega Flight one was ripped apart so this definitely isn't him.
The question is whether the Omega Flight one was the Alpha Strike one.
This is definitely a unique one and has been seen in WatXM before.
To be fair, how many Marvel heroes and villains HAVEN'T been ripped apart, by one destructive force or another, and yet lived through it?The Omega Flight one was ripped apart so this definitely isn't him.
