I could only find three of them: Northstar, Sasquatch, and Snowbird. I'm surprised Guardian wasn't listed under Electromagnetic Flight Harness, or Shaman under Mystic Arts.

I'm not sure I get why Northstar is listed under light manipulation, though. He can create a light burst only when he touches his sister while they are moving at super speed. Aurora has more of a history of manipulating light than Jean Paul does.
