    Default Sandy

I have to believe that there are a number of users and/or members of this site that are currently being affected by the weather phenomenon known as Hurricane/Tropical Storm Sandy.

As I watch the news and see the devastation and danger this storm has caused, the loss of lives, as well as the immense inconvenience to everyday life, I just wanted those of you affected to know that the rest of us are standing behind you.

For myself (not speaking for others), my thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Stay safe, my friends.

What a lovely post. We're safe and sound here in NYC. Hope everyone else is OK too. I'm glad to announce my comics were not damaged by the storm. Didn't even lose power here. Thanks for your well wishes!

    Love,

In Toronto here, so not in the worst of the storm, but I had no power this morning. We've had a good amount of rain too but today seems to have calm down.

I'm happy to hear that at least two of you are okay.
Sypes, that earthquake off the coast of Canada is especially worrying - but Toronto's inland, isn't it?

Rob - thank God you've got through it so well.

Glad to hear the Alpha Flight collection and most importantly Rob survived the storm.

Had some rain and high winds around Detroit. Around 60,000 people still without power in Metro Detroit. Nothing compared to the more than 2 million power outages in New York.

Yeah, i think I'm a bit closer to that one. Happened (very) roughly 500 kilometres West of me. People in my hometown felt the quake, though. I slept through it. Lots of violent after-tremors, too. Thankfully, no tsunamis.

Glad to hear that Chris, Rob, and Sypes are all okay.
