Umm, when did Sasquatch go on a diet ?

I have to say it; that second picture of Sasquatch is HORRIBLE!

(Also, the Canadian puns in that picture are blatantly stupid)

Wow...this looks so utterly bad. People spend money on this?

Forgive my ignorance, but who is the little green "Ghostbusters" blob... is that one of the school's mutants ?

Ill be picking it up, it's actually a really well written series. Terrible rendition of Sasquatch though

    The greeb blob is Doop.

Yeah, if memory serves me correctly (and mostly, it doesn't), this is the issue that focuses on Doop?

Nope, this is the first post-AvX issue where they're interviewing new teachers.

The rendition of Sasquatch isn't the best I've seen, but certainly not worst.
It almost looks like he's mid-transformation.
The scale between him and Puck is good. Not enough artists make him as towering as he should be.
I like the Puck though; reminds me of Clayton Henry's.

I haven't really enjoyed what I've read of W&TXM, but the Doop-centric issue, #17, was great - it didn't take itself seriously at all and was just pure fun. That's where the title works, when it's not trying to balance wacky and serious.

And this issue's on my pull list for the cover appearance alone.

i may be wrong. butin the really bad picture of sasquatch, isn't that box's arm holding the magazines??

I've only just noticed that the cover is a nod to UXM #139...

I just read the Doop-centric issue, and was thinking how much he looks like Slimer.

That's 17, as Phil's mentioned, and it's the first post AvX issue.

Sas doesn't look too bad on the cover.
I've got three issues of the series, and they seem to have a different artist each time... Is that normal?

The 3 page preview is up at http://www.comicbookresources.com/?p...eview&id=14033 but other than the final cover there's no more of Sas & Puck to be seen so far.
