Default Alpha Flight shout out on Comic Store Heroes!

Midtown Comic's reality show documentary thing "Comic Store Heroes" aired earlier tonight and there was an Alpha Flight mention! In one scene, one of the guys from Midtown, Alex, goes to visit Dom Corrado, a comic collector at his house. They're in an insanely packed basement room filled from floor to ceiling and wall to wall with comics. The collector shows him a copy of Fantastic Four #1 (wow) and then points out, "I've got Thor, and I've got Alpha Flight, I've got the Hulk..." Awesome.

    Cool!

AF is also mentioned in the free "All New Marvel Season One Guide" that i got free from my LCS.
Under the preview for Hulk Season One, under Fred Van Lente's bio, it says "Van Lente's many Marvel assignments have included three New York Times best-selling entries in the Marvel Zombies series, as well as Amazing Spider-Man, Incredible Hercules, Iron Man Legacy, Chaos War: Herc and Alpha Flight."

Well, yeah, I get the same kind of "thrill up my leg" feeling whenever you read Alpha Flight anywhere but to hear it on TV was just pretty much amazing. I can't recall the last time I ever heard anyone say it on TV!

I usually get annoyed when I see it written; there's a company around here called 'Alpha' flight catering. :/
It's the first thing that comes up when I try a search on Alpha Flight.

Besides the coincidence in Babylon 5 and their cameo in Red Dwarf, (and Marvel cartoons) there was an old clip from some show (I don't know which one ) where two guys are talking in a bar about 'could (Superman?) beat Sasquatch?'
    - Depends; do you mean the animal sasquatch, or Sasquatch of Alpha Flight?

Does anybody have a link to that clip? I could stand to see it again!

Hobbes: She's a cutie, all right.
Calvin: See, I made a big red heart. Now I'm putting lace around it.
Hobbes: That's very sweet. I'm sure she'll like it.
    Susie,
    I hate you. Drop
