    Pointer was last seen as a member of Norman Osborn's Dark X-Men. In issue 5, Pointer and Mimic stupidly defended Osborn and defeated Nate Grey who was then thrown in Dark Beast's energy draining Omega Machine that Pointer used. The New Mutants recently found Nate Grey and the Omega Machine but no trace of Pointer or Mimic back in New Mutant 25 - 27 where Sugarman was using the machine and a drained Nate Grey to get back to his AoA world.
