Love that image! Excellent play on POV with the mirror in background and the wrist in the foreground. Not as if Logan would kill Mac or anything, I mean, THERE IS NO WAY Mac could be killed. No, that would never happen. He's like, the least likely Alphan ever to be killed.

Also looking forward to the Tom Grummett cover, whatever it might be!

Uh oh! I have a feeling I think I know why Logan is so angry and why that anger is directed at Mac. Why do i think Mac is going to have to do something drastic to stop Heather and this is not going to sit well with Wolverine? Could they put a spin on the issue 12 theme but this time with Heather in the suit?

Last time we saw Pointer he was in a different costume so it can't be Wolverine thinking this is him...
Perhaps Mac has Heather as a captive while brainwashed and Logan sees this and attacks him to save her, thinking he's the brainwashed one?

Maybe it's a case of the cover not reflecting the content. Hopefully, if it is Mac against Wolvie, Mac will pervail. Bit p/oed with Wolvie being virtually unbeatable.

I'm betting Wolverine heads north before AF can head south, and Heather convinces him Mac has gone crazy like so many other people have because of Fear Itself. With video of him and AF attacking her, and other Dept. H folks it shouldn't be too hard of a sell job.
Wouldn't worry too much though, Mac took out Wolverine the first time they fought, I'm sure he can do it again.

Maybe Heather tells Logan that Mac kidnapped their daughter and Heather had to rescue her? That would explain why he would be p.o.-ed. Or, maybe she tells him that Mac admitted he slept with Jean Grey...lol.
