Okay, so election campaign signs are going up all around our neighbourhood, and I've been thinking... I'd like to make a fake sign for us to put up. You know, a Unity Party sign? Saying we should elect Gary Cody for PM?! I'm not super-gifted with graphics and Photoshop, but I'm going to work on it. Imagine how hilarious it would be to have that on the front lawn. People would be so confused... Maybe we'd start getting requests for some, hee hee...

YESSS!! What if we had the signs available as a free download online? People could get it printed at Staples or something, and then put them on their lawns. And then we get footage, like you said, but it would have to be in a city. OH! Better: We get volunteers across the country to put up those signs, and then get them to film/interview passersby and send in their footage. Maybe even the mainstream media would get interested?! Boy-oh-boy, my brain is like a hamster on a wheel right now!!!

Of course, for those unfamiliar with Canadian politics, Gary Cody election signs would only go up in the electoral riding that he was running in. In Canada, we vote for local politicians, and the party with the most elected officials becomes the government; the leader of that party, as long as they were elected in their own riding, becomes Prime Minister.

That's kinda how it wor-- happens in Australia, too. Only, it's usually a lot easier to find someone to vote against than someone to vote for. And I don't think I've yet had a chance to vote for a comic character...
