That looks like a blonde wearing a lab coat. Could be her with a mismatched outfit and slightly miscolored hair. We'll have to get a copy and find out!

Looks more like Janice Hollenbeck to me, but Wolvie didn't kill her (Sabretooth did).

I was looking for this thread. I also wondered if this was Heather (mis-coloured as a blonde - we saw her in a labcoat on the cartoon; maybe that was their research?); but if there is somebody else who it could've been, I'm going with that.
Unfortunately, she's the only one in that line-up whose name isn't mentioned in the comic (or who isn't recognisably Silver Fox).

I doubt it's Heather, Marvel seems to be going to pains to avoid any mention of AF, at least in a serious vein.

Legerd - I think this is something the writer / artist could've done without much editorial interference.
I still don't think it is Heather, but not because of that.

Dana - there's nothing in the text to say Wolverine had to kill her; or did he kill all the others?
I didn't think he'd killed Silver Fox, but I don't know these things.

No...You are correct, He didn't kill Silver Fox or Janice (Sabretooth killed both of them, Silver Fox "twice")...

I was getting the whole "he's the cause of their death" thing from that last (?) image of him holding Mariko(?) and her saying, "How many times are you going to kill me?", then Silver Fox showing up and saying "How many times must I die?"

However, I don't think he was ever in love with Dr Hollenbeck (he just tried to save her life), but all the women he is seeing in that scene are women he's loved. Seraph is also portrayed incorrectly, she should be much, much shorter (closer to Puck's size, than the leggy version we see here).

Maybe the lady with glasses is supposed to be Heather (since these are all past loves of Logan that have died)?

He does say he loves them all - which, if he didn't love this 'Janice' of which you speak, makes it a badly drawn / coloured Heather.

Most writers nowadays never mention anything Alpha when dealing with Wolverine, even if it would make sense to. I wasn't trying to make reference to edtorial interference with my comment, just something I've noticed over the last few years with the writing.

I'm not sure how possible it is to post about what writers would do; unless we're talking a mandate from on high, there's no way to generalise. If we know this specific writer is avoiding mentioning AF, that's something else.

This just in, several years ago:
I've just had cause to re-read X-Men #7 and realise I had 'met' Janice before. In it, Logan calls her (after seeing her killed) 'darling' in a way that implied he did love her.
