That preview pic is the full extent of his appearance. For those of you following along with the Second Coming storyline, Jeffries is trapped outside the energy dome in that scene. Most all of the action in this issue takes place inside the dome.

Lame appearance (single-panel, non-speaking cameo), but I like the artwork. Still a bit dark and muddy for my tastes, but nice technique.
