I've been looking at the 'guests' for Toronto Con to get an idea of who/what/if about AF; I see these people who I know might, might be of interest if there is an ongoing Alpha Flight announcement; I'm guessing here:

this really is the only place i can imagine they will make alpha announcements.

its right at the end of mcp's run, plus it's in canada. duh.

also, its where they announced omega.

When does this event start, and do we have any inside moles in there?

It's on August 22-24. I don't know of anyone going. I have only one Toronto friend but she's out of the country.

I'll be checking the whole thing out and will keep my ears and eyes open for any juices tidbits.

I'm also secretly excited because apparently the cast of Team Epic is going to be there...just don't tell Omega Flight.

gotta give ben morse over at comic bloc's forums alot of credit, he is very open to answering questions, with that said, i don't recommend going over there and bombarding him, i've already asked him 2 alpha questions which he graciously answered, and i feel like i'm pushing it.

We have a table in the Indy Pavilion at the con... I can keep my ears open if you like...

But this isn't really like the wizard world conventions, they generally don't make announcements because they don't really have panels like they do in San Diego

its actually called the fan expo canada. heres the full schedule. the best chance for alpha news is sat with c.b. or sunday with marvels open forum.
