He is holding aloft a Dreadnaught. The blast that is just missing him is coming from the Mechano Marauder (Fabian Stankowicz). Letha of the Grapplers is feeling his butt, while her teammate, Poundcakes, is standing behind him.

And for the record, Daredevil is kicking Mirage, Titania of the Grapplers is standing in the middle of the picture above Rhino's horn, Wolverine and Cyclops are both hitting Whiplash, Modok is behind Colossus, who is trying to bring down Rhino. the Beetle (later known as Mach-1 through 4) is in the green armor behind Spider-Man, next to the Beetle waving an angry fist is Constrictor, Thor is beating up on a bunch of Moloid Subterraneans, Namor is punching the Mole Man, and Scarlet Witch is taking down the last of the four Grapplers, Screaming Mimi (who would later become the Thunderbolt Songbird).
