Thread: Alpha Flight 25 cover re-imagining

Default Alpha Flight 25 cover re-imagining

A buddy, Pat Ditton, recently recreated my all-time favorite comic cover, Avengers 57. As Guardian is my favorite superhero, I asked him to follow up with the same cover, but with an AF spin. I think the results are pretty stinkin' great.

isn't that a homage to the vision cover from byrnes run on west coast avengers?

Avengers 57 came first in 1968, but Byrne did an homage to it during his West Coast run, yes.

This bad boy just arrived and looks fantastic. Pat's up to doing more work, so I may have him recreate the cover of AF 3

If any one wants his contact info, just PM me.

He is really good at imitating Byrne's style!
