    Thanks for posting this, Justin! I remember when this "Machine Man" issue was orginally published. (Which makes me a fogey to be sure! ) It came between "Uncanny X-Men" #139 and 140. What a great time that was for fans of the orginal, early Alpha!

    It's rather interesting to see Steve Ditko's take on the team. Walt looks like an old man compared to the twins. And like most of the artists at the time they keep making their hair all white (and that cover image has Aurora blonde!)
