    Default Interesting Marrina connection...

I was looking up info on Newfoundland, and I ran across a reference to Joseph Smallwood the politiician responsible for Confederating Newfoundland into Canada.

Since Marrina's family name is Smallwood, I was wondering if Byrne intended a connection, or is it a common name for the region?

My understanding is that Smallwood is a fairly common name in Newfoundland, as is Wells
