I just emailed the splash page to my old lady wondering if she would let me spend my good Uncle Sam's money on it this year. What kind of response do you think I'll get?

I think she'll say, "PWalk, that's a lot of money, but it is a great collectible for one of your most beloved hobbies. Plus, as an investment, it will retain its inherent value over time, and, although you'd never sell it for a profit, it may appreciate over time. I think we should take the opportunity now to spend our tax refund on what will surely be a wonderful addition to your comic collection. What a fun investment!"

But I never met her, so who knows?

Well! Prices are up to $4000 for the splash page. Not bad... put it up for $3000: it doesn't sell... So what do you do when it doesn't sell? Raise the price!!! Capitalism at its best. I'll try this when I sell my house. If it doesn't sell, I'll raise the price by 33%, then I'll be sure to get an offer.

I'm friends with a painter who is an Officer of the Order of Canada for his artwork and even he doesn't charge as much as Silvestri for something of that size... This is rediculously high priced.

honestly, I like the transformation of sasquatch page more than that page anyways
