It would surprise me a great deal if it wasn't actually... Can you imagine if Peter David hadn't done X-Factor after Madrox? It just wouldn't have made sense as he brought a very unique style to the table. I haven't read alot of Oeming but it seems the same way for him as well. A departure in writer would signal a major departure in tone. Then again, you never know with Marvel.

I wasn't too sure about the comment regarding waiting for the trade though, since if he really wants the book to succeed he needs people to pick up issues and not trades.

Also, one box of timbits = ten copies of a comic book? Either Comics are getting a real price cut or the timbits in question are made of gold.

Finally, Guardian was only supposed to have his identity under wraps until issue three, can we expect an update now hmm?

From what I understand (in reading posts here and there), Mike had to drop a lot of the characterization that you would see in a regular title to fit the plot(s) in. The layout Scott first had would have changed drastically.

Yeah, I'm sure Purple Man will be in the book at least alittle bit. Not too long I hope. But John has got to get his shield back and lay a whoopin' to Killgrave.

I have disappointments with how the cut may affect Killgrave. I was hoping that his retreat to Canada would bring him into conflict with the daughter he'd never met.

And for a refresher, part of the reason Killgrave never met Kara is because he was DEAD for so long, a very solid death during the Emporer Doom graphic novel and later referred to in Captain America.

The only continuity-boost I can come up with is that Dead Ringer's use of Killgrave's dead finger was a little too excessive, allowing Killgrave to assume control over Dead Ringer's body.
