Hey, I've always wondered, what is it that Walt is saying on the cover of issue 109? I know it's Russian, but does anybody know what it means?

I'm not an expert, very far from it. I took the internet translator and none could tell me something. All they did was translate the alphabet from cyrillic to ours. but капайте means drip.
хапайте means grab
цапайте means snatch
