Raazor's "effect" on Puck can be retconned by saying the issue was the first of the Dreamqueen's influence over Alpha, undermining Puck, who was the heart and soul of the team.
The "hardened rubber body" sequence that came much later is a boon to the character, though, IMHO.

If memory serves the whole Ungava Bay business took place just before Mantlo took over. I think the reason that Madelyne Pryor couldn't do anything with Puck in regards to hieght was tha stunted three foot six was his natural form.

Well, I don't know if it's classified as a feat but he has excessive body hair. Must have been a nightmare for the inker!!!
I think that Puck also has metahuman strength (class 10 - same as Spidey) and metahuman agility, since his amping up in power. I remember seeing this in one of the cardstock Marvel Heroes stats that Marvel published.
