    This is taken from chronology.net:

Synopsis: Battle Harbor, Newfoundland, has been
mysteriously flooded, and Alpha arrives to rescue and
investigate. Heather sees a new tidal wave and goes to find
    its source, while Radius surfs.
The team drops the victims at the hospital and then goes
after Heather. Mac generates an E-M pulse to find her,
disabling the team's jet. Just before they crash, Inhumans
rescue them, carrying them to their beautiful island-city of
Attilan. Heather is there, safe but dazed, having passed
    through a mysterious mist.
Karnak explains: Inhuman scientists exposed their baby to
the mutagenic Terrigen mists, twice. An earthquake busted
the temple, releasing the mist and causing the tidal waves.
The baby's genetic potential shows; he causes a statue of
Black Bolt's father Randac to rampage through the city.
Black Bolt goes to the baby and manipulates his energy
impulses; the statue falls. The baby can control stone and
earth and has reached out to Heather through her geothermal
suit. Part of her wants to stay and mother the baby, but she
knows she would never belong there. Black Bolt breaks the
psychic link, and the Flight departs.

Personally, I think this issue is worth getting and that it's very good. The City of the Inhumans is drawn just excellently and Alpha Flight from v2 is very well done. Even if you aren't an Inhumans fan, you'll get into them quickly.

Did Alpha Flight have any feats?

In the first volume of Alpha Flight/X-Men they really didn't do anything other than help put the spotlight on the X-men

Heather was exposed to the terrigen mists...oddly without effect.

I picked it up and yeah I was actually impressed, really portrayed the team in a good light. I should have some "feats" of the book in the respect thread soon.
