A retcoon? Is that anything like a raccoon? Somebody like Rocket, who goes around changing people's pasts? So, a combination of him and Bug of the Micronauts? (I have a story where he causes all the origins.)

Also love the art of this book. It's pretty underrated. However, it's weird how everyone treats this Logan like he's the original one. Like when Captain America threw him a party.
