There's something to be said about the 'Season' formula that TV shows follow.
I'm not entirely sure this is best how to do it though.
So, what will the effect of this announcement be on the announcement of AF's ranks being increased? Can we assume it's not happening?
It's happening as of #7.
The current Volume should run to #12; definitely to #9 at the least.

Today's final issues of Ultimates reveals that while the Ultimates are being disbanded Alpha Flight is carrying on.
The Canadian Government is specifically mentioned.
Hopefully (or not depending on your viewpoint) this means the team will carry on appearing.
