On the cover of AF vol 1 issue 100, it says Alpha Artists, past present and future. Does anybody know which specific artists worked on that issue, my copy is apparently missing the page with that information on it?

I found a site that listed the following artists: Michael Bair, June Brigman, John Calimee, Tom Morgan, David Ross.
