I would say so. Just might be a story of carol losing command but didn't sound like the team was disbanding....unless some members go with her

i doubt they will be gone, as they did such a huge setup for it wouldn't make sense to end it already

I think Captain Marvel will most likely come out on top during the event as it would be good PR for her movie. As far as I know they haven't announced iron man 4

It all depends on Marvel's reasons for doing all of that work rebranding S.W.O.R.D. as Alpha Flight. Was it to help boost Captain Marvel or is Carol being used to help boost a new Alpha Flight?

From reading #1 it looks like the first arc is set before the appearances we've seen, so we should be good!
