We also get word from Snowbird that Mac was killed with Shaman and the binding of her to Canada gets lifted so she can go on this mission.

I dont think that is Pointer, I think it's Skrull-Guardian.

Could be a Skrull Guardian and that is what gets Snowbird into the whole Secret Invasion thing.

From what I understand, Herc puts together a 'God Squad' to combat possible Skrull Gods in Secret Invasion.
