Though in Deadpool (1997) #1 it was made clear that Sasquatch knew Deadpool, so there's an untold tale or two in there somewhere.

The (2013) #34 flashback is considered canon though, so...

And Flashback, who counts.

In all seriousness those are really good choices and I'd probably include them.
