The way his speed trails are drawn pretty much confirms that he's the character in the preview panel shown at the end of the previous issue and will be appearing inside.
How is he going to be with the Xmen and AF at the same time? Are they going to use the "Oh yeah he's really super fast" excuse???
I think it's more a case of 'Let's not try to explain it.'
