Omega Flight image question

Yes, I know it's a blast from the past... Sep 2006 to be exact... but remember this Kolins promo image for Omega Flight:

I know of one place where it made it into print (an article in CSN), but does anyone know any other place this image was put into print or was it a largely on-line image that was never used?

To be fair I'm glad you brought it up as I hadn't added either image to the Gallery despite having the issue.
