Tracking down an issue of Jim Lee's run on Alpha Flight

I have a friend who was Jim Lee's college roommate, who Jim paid tribute to in an issue of Alpha Flight —

It occurs on a street scene, with a shoe store in the background.

Any ideas what issue this might be in? I'm trying to track down a copy —

Again, it occurred during Jim Lee's run on the title.

Addendum: Anyone else bummed Alpha Flight didn't make an appearance in the movie Logan? I'd have loved it had they been waiting to protect the kids when they reached the border.

Sorry... the above post was supposed to have a scan attached - Alpha Flight are outside a place called 'Fecci's Shoes'. Is that the one?
It's issue #61.

Throughout Logan, I kept hoping they'd show up when he got to Canada. :/
