I'm not remembering properly - is that a Northstar appearance?
Or one of the ones that has the whole team, between Alpha Flight and v2? (Or just after v2?)

Northstar & Aurora are on the cover, and it's the first part of the storyline that erases his Hand reprogramming after his death.
