That is interesting. I actually have AF #51 signed by Jim Lee :)
I've always preferred Lee's AF stuff more so than anything he did after. The lines were much cleaner (might have been the inker) and it just didn't look as busy as everything he's done since X-Men.
That is kind of a cool insight into the process.
Will we ever know if he shipped it on time?
