I'm not sure how any of that can be wrong, but okay. Good work, Phil!

Ahh no, nothing I put together was wrong, just that there were some art-tweaks made in the textless preview files that you pointed out, and the final published versions, so I couldn't see the connections in what was there, but using the final ones I get this:

There have been 2 more solicited for Wolverine #11 (Nov) and All-New X-Men #20 (Dec) so those could well be the last pieces, in which case I'd guess the All-New, All-Different team from Giant-Sized #1, and the Whedon team from Astonishing #1.

I predict that Marvel's next big title will be the All-Same, All-Wolverine X-Avengemen.

It'll feature Wolverine, Deadpool, Captain America, and Spider-Man. Each issue, one of the four will team up with one of the other three, and they will do something that changes nothing.

Marvel.com: From the start of this series, you have been carefully constructing the buildup to the Revenant War while developing character dynamics in parallel. In terms of building dynamics and having a character to play off others, how much has it helped to have someone as quirky like Puck to utilize and play off the others?
Sam Humphries: We have a lot of grim characters in this book, facing a lot of grim threats. It's fun to be able to let off some steam in the book by letting Puck be the charming smart ass that he is.

That's pretty cool, that they've got him there to make it less grim.
