    Following on from yesterday's Aurora teaser Marvel today issued another Press Release:

    "Alpha Flight is now an ongoing series, but will Guardian be vindicated...or destroyed?"

    Again noting the 2012 date and following on from the other covers we've seen this should be the cover for February's #9; the first issue outside of the initial 8 issue Maxi-Series giving the indication that the original storyline has been extended outside of the 8 issues and with extra elements added to the previous issues.
    On September 5th Dale Eaglesham tweeted that he'd just finished #5 so this is definitely possible and shouldn't affect the series' release dates.

      If Vindicator is "vindicated", it lends credence to the idea that the Wolverine cover is a refence to him being an Avenger.

      Now it looks like a marvel comics tryout book. We can make it whoever we want it to be.
